1.How do I use a promo code?

We have set up a surprise discount code for you in the product's add-to-cart location and customer service email notification. If you successfully claim a promotional discount code, you can enter it into your product order shopping cart or the "Promo Code, Gift Card Application Box" on the checkout page. Be sure to click the "Apply" button! Then the system can calculate your discount. and apply it to your order. (Please note! Our promo codes cannot be used in combination!)

13. What if an item is missing or the product is incorrect when I receive my order?
For lost or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at support@yumill.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size should be under 1MB). We'll be more than happy to reship you the correct item at no additional cost, and we won't ask you to return an item that was sent to you by mistake! You can keep it as a gift from us.
