yumill offers a 60-day quality guarantee on damaged/defective items. Customers may return defective merchandise for a refund, replacement or exchange. Please contact our website customer service email support@yumill.com to initiate your opt-in request. Requests made more than 60 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

For non-quality related issues, such as the item is no longer needed, the wrong size or color was ordered, we are happy to provide a size/color exchange within 7 days of the order delivery date. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, simply contact us to request an exchange.

Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in new condition.

Exchange requests can only be made for products of equal or lesser value.

We do not offer prepaid return labels; unless our team verifies that the item is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return. If you qualify for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-7 days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

yumill reserves the right to individually define and limit, reject and/or reject customer returns at any time for the following reasons:

Irregular or excessive returns history indicating "hoarding"
Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items; or,
Potentially fraudulent or criminal activity.


To cancel or change:

In most cases, orders are automatically processed within 12 hours of placing the order. While we understand that it may sometimes be necessary to change an order, we cannot make changes after a certain point for free. We strictly adhere to the following policies:

If you want to cancel the order for free, please contact us within 6 hours after the order payment is successful.
If you need to change the order, please contact us within 24 hours after the order payment is successful.
